Freelance musician, sound engineer (lecturer Derby college) and experienced workshop leader. Kate has worked with many schools, theatres and creative partnerships to develop and deliver projects. As a musician and engineer she brings a range of creative and technical skills. She has developed approaches through her work in theatre and schools and enjoys fusing musical styles and creative writing. She encourages students to create stories, songs, poems and orignal musical compositions. She brings a range of instruments and technology to create and record narrative, music and sound effects. This can include many artforms and often is shared in live performances.
